  • Jim Exley earned his PhD in personality and social psychology from the University of Georgia and is a wealth science researcher and coach. Jim studies the interaction of personality, wealth, and financial happiness. He has had over 10,000 one-on-one coaching sessions leveraging his understanding of personality science to support success and well-being. He lives in Roswell, GA with his wife Becky, daughters Natalie and Ally, and three dogs; Bailey, Breaux, and Knox.

  • Beth is a senior advisor with Wealth Science Advisors and a founding member of Wealth Science Family Office. She has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry including Municipal Government Finance, Real Estate and Financial Planning. Beth specializes in High-Net-Worth clients and Multi-Generational Wealth. Beth has multiple securities licenses and is currently working toward her AWMA® designation. She lives in her hometown of Buford, Georgia. She has two children and four grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys travel and interior design.

  • For 29 years, John has been a part of a team that created value for various businesses owned by the Collier family of Collier County, Florida. For the past seven years, he and his team at Firm Financial Partners Inc has also provided fractional CFO services to a variety of clients ranging from wealth management to healthcare to real estate development. Firm Financial Partners also provides executive incentive design and administration as well as multi-family office services.

    Collier manages a broad range of enterprises engaged in private equity investments, real estate investment and development, and agriculture. As Chief Financial Officer of Collier Investments, John worked with owners, other executive leadership team members, and outside dealmakers to strategically manage privately-held companies, and assess new investment alternatives. His focus included portfolio companies in agribusiness and technology. John was a part of the team that successfully exited Rivian Automotive in 2022, Consolidated Citrus in 2001, and Orange-Co in 2014 for $274 million. The team has created more than $500 million of value.

    He began his career with Ernst and Young while earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lipscomb University.

    • Smarthinking, Inc. (sold in 2011 for an undisclosed amount)

    He lives in Suwanee, Georgia with his wife, and their four daughters come back for holidays and other celebrations.

  • Kelly started her career at Deloitte & Touche, and while there became a CPA. She managed audit engagements for a variety of companies in various industries, including communications. She went to work for one of her clients, a multi-media company, to focus on Business Development. She was responsible for identifying and assessing corporate level investment opportunities for all their business units.

    After a sabbatical to focus on her family and volunteer in her community, Kelly returned to work at a fraud protection and guaranteed payments company in their financial planning and analysis group where she was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as well as many ad hoc projects. She later moved to account management to lead their channel partnerships and manage one of the company’s largest revenue accounts. Kelly also managed the deployment of 4,000 nurses at a rapid response healthcare staffing firm during the COVID pandemic.

    Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Administration: Accounting from Miami University.
